Established in 1967, T/J Fabricators, Inc. has been a leading provider of forming services that require custom tooling for unique projects. We can perform custom sheet metal fabrication and prototyping services using our state-of-the-art press brake forming equipment. Our facility employs both down acting and up acting machinery that can deliver superior accuracy and repeatability; achieving tolerances as tight as + .002”. Our experienced staff can work with raw material forms such as coil, sheet, and bar stock. We can handle alloy, aluminum, iron, copper, carbon steel, bronze, brass, stainless steel, perforated metal, steel plate, structural steel, architectural metal, and sheet metal.
Our 100,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with a modernized production system that’s designed to keep costs low while optimizing manufacturing efficiency. We are equipped with an Amada Robotics press brake, 7 Amada CNC press brakes with 10ft/100 ton maximum capacity, 1 Mitsubishi APB 286 electric press brake, and 3 Mitsubishi APB 3613 electric press brakes. All of parts undergo an extensive verification process using dimensional and visual inspections to ensure the highest quality possible. We can support them with additional sheet metal forming processes including punching, bending, welding, hardware, finishing, assembly, and storage. We have the capacity to perform specialty, small, large, low, and high production volumes; acting as a single source provider for customers across many industries.
